What is Lift Check Valve ?
The lift check valve, the valve disc moves up and down along the center line of the valve seat, and its valve body is exactly the same as the stop valve body and can be used interchangeably. A pressure relief hole is machined at the lower part of the valve disc guide cylinder or the upper part of the valve cover guide sleeve. When the valve disc rises, the medium in the sleeve is discharged through the pressure relief hole to reduce the resistance when the valve disc is opened. The fluid resistance of this valve is large and can only be installed on horizontal pipes. If an auxiliary spring is set in the middle of the valve disc, the valve disc is closed under the action of the spring force, and it can be installed in any position.

- 03The lift check valve has the shortest stroke, so only a relatively short stroke is required to fully open the valve.
- 04A cylindrical helical spring is added to the valve disc. Due to the effect of the spring load and its minimum valve disc stroke, it closes more quickly, which is more beneficial to reducing the pressure of water hammer.
- 05The valve disc has a guide structure to ensure that the valve disc is coaxial with the valve seat and maintains sealing.
- 06There is a large gap between the valve disc and the guide device, so it is very suitable for occasions with dirt.

The upper part of the valve disc and the lower part of the valve cover are processed with guide sleeves. The valve disc guide sleeve can be freely raised and lowered in the valve guide sleeve. When the medium flows downstream, the valve disc is opened by the thrust of the medium. When the medium stops flowing, the valve disc falls on the valve seat by self-hanging, which prevents the medium from flowing back. The structure is simple, and since the flat disc is the only moving part, the valve is strong and durable, requires almost no maintenance, and due to the metal valve seat, wear is very small. In the design and use of the spring, a reset spring is selected, which can provide a variety of corrosion-resistant materials to adapt to different media working conditions. Under low-pressure working conditions, it provides the necessary sealing force to ensure the sealing performance of the valve. The new valve body structure adopts the German coated sand casting technology, which greatly improves the surface finish and mechanical properties of the valve body, reduces the appearance of pores, sand holes, and cracks, and enhances the tensile strength of the casting. |
