What is Regulating Valve ?
The regulating valve is a throttling element with variable local resistance. The valve core moves in the valve body to change the flow area between the valve core and the valve seat, thereby adjusting the flow of the measured medium and controlling the process parameters. These process parameters include pressure, temperature, liquid level and flow. The valve core is divided into two types: straight stroke and angular stroke. The straight stroke valve core changes the flow area between the valve seat through linear motion; the angular stroke valve core changes the flow area between the valve seat through rotational motion.
