Do your products have a warranty?

Yes, our products come with a 2-year warranty, or 18 months from the time they are installed in the pipe, whichever comes first.
How to deal with product problems during the warranty period?

Please contact our after-sales service team. We will deal with your problem within 24 hours on weekdays.
What happens after the warranty period?

After the warranty period, we still provide repair and replacement parts services, but there may be associated costs.
In what cases is the damage not covered by the warranty?

Damage due to misuse, improper use or under abnormal operating conditions is not covered by the warranty.
